The FSEF has recently bought Artologik HelpDesk in order to manage its internal support. The requests grouped and centralized inside HelpDesk, concern the difficulties the professionals come across while using the software for medical management and hospital invoicing.
The Foundation has also invested in HD-Track, one of the four HelpDesk plug-ins, which makes it possible for them to register their software as products (second level of definition of the support). The “Financial” and “Security Systems” departments have also planned on using HD-Track. The service agreement complements the license of the FSEF and gives them free access to updates as well as technical support.
