Security and availability
Artisan Global Media is a Swedish company with headquarters in Sweden. Our servers are placed in Sweden and we abide under Swedish law. The customer data is treated with secrecy and personal information is handled according to the Data Protection Directive (Directive 95/46/EC).
Our servers are based in a data centre that includes increased security and access control, fire protection, system for climate control and continuous electricity.
Our base environment is based on Microsoft Windows and Linux servers. All systems in the computer hall are under surveillance 24/7 which means that we react very fast on any shutdown.
Availability
We have a very high availability level for our web hotel and can guarantee an availability time of 99,9%.
Environment management
Our servers are placed in a computer hall according to current standards.
The servers are connected to redundant electricity sources, UPS and diesel engine aggregates as a safety precaution if any longer electricity shutdowns should occur.
Internet access
In order to ensure an internet connection that is always working we have a redundant capacity and redundant fibre connections.
Server environment
Out of safety reasons we do not share information about our server environment. If you have any questions you are welcome to contact us.
Backup routines
We continuously do backups on all of our systems.
Staff routines
All personnel is bound by a confidentiality agreement which prohibits spreading of classified information about clients and their work.
Use of capacity
The data flow is continuously measured and up to 10 GB of transmitted monthly data is included in our server hotel services. If larger amounts of data are transmitted this is debited separately in posts of 10 GB.
