Payroll center handles tickets with Artologik HelpDesk


Twin cities of Sweden chose Artologik HelpDesk for the ticket handling of their payroll center.

The payroll center of Linköping and Norrköping municipalities was launched in autumn 2008. It manages around 22 000 wages for all the employees in the municipalities each month. To handle enquiries concerning the wages, the 28 employees of the payroll center use Artologik HelpDesk.


This shows that Artologik HelpDesk can be used for various types of support, not merely for IT support.
