Please note an https connection requires that the web server where the software is installed have a certificate issued for the current domain address. That means you have to get a certificate through an authorized provider if you have purchased the software from us. If you have a rental agreement no certificate is needed, since the software is placed on our server – where Artisan provides the certificate.
