Lantmännen expands by using HD-Advanced

Lantmännen has rented Artologik HelpDesk since January 2008. As more parts of the organization needed a ticket handling system, they decided to extend the existing license with more ticket operators and to get HD Advanced at the same time.

Lantmännen is one of the Nordic area's largest Groups within food, energy and agriculture. The Group, owned by 40,000 Swedish farmers, operates in 19 countries, has 12,000 employees and a turnover of SEK 42,9 billion.

 

Many customers that expand with more ticket operators also choose to invest in HD-Advanced. With the help of this additional function, the support staff can be divided into several support groups. In that way you can be sure that every ticket reaches the group that should handle it. This delegation between the groups is possible according to a specified structure and due to the fact, that each member can only see the tickets of their own support group.
