Lantmännen expands with another HelpDesk license


Lantmännen has used HelpDesk since 2006, and we are now pleased to announce that the company has decided to rent another license of our ticket handling system.

Lantmännen is one of the Nordic area's largest Groups within food, energy, machinery and agriculture. The Group, owned by 36,000 Swedish farmers, operates in 18 countries, has over 10 000 employees and a turnover of SEK 36 billion.


Lantmännen will use their new HelpDesk license to handle HR issues within the organisation. For this purpose, it was logical to add HD-Advanced since this plug-in offers a variety of enhanced functions for creating a more complex support structure.


HD-Advanced adds, among other things, the possibility to group support personnel, customer organisations and objects, to administer SLAs, to create standard tickets and to classify tickets.
