Our booking program allows you to set opening hours on several levels: per object, per user, per object and user and per user and object. The flexibility of the software makes the possibilities practically limitless when it comes to deciding the times during which objects should be available.
If you set opening hours per object and user you can, for example, make the school’s dark room – which is usually available during the afternoons – bookable during mornings for the students in the photo class. There is thus a general opening hour for the object during the afternoons, but depending on who is making the reservation these conditions can change. The opening hours are specified per week day.
